The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities to support ISOQAR’s continued growth. The role focuses on proactive outreach across targeted prospect lists, lapsed opportunities, self‑lead generation, inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns, ensuring the Sales team receives a steady pipeline of well‑qualified leads.
