Business Development Officer – LGU (Lighting Projects)

On-site – Malabon (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LGU clients
• Prepare proposals and project costing
• Handle bidding processes in compliance with RA 9184
• Coordinate with LGU officials and departments
• Monitor PhilGEPS opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in LGU projects or government bidding
• Familiar with PhilGEPS and procurement processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to conduct fieldwork
