About the Role



Diamond Care is a growing ground-transportation operator with a multi-state presence (DC, MD, VA, SC) and an active fleet serving Medicaid managed care, broker networks, and private clients. We are looking for a senior Business Development professional to lead our contract growth strategy across the DMV — identifying, pursuing, and winning opportunities in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), paratransit, shuttle services, contract drayage, and other ground-transportation verticals.



This is a hands-on, hunter-style role. You will not be handed a pipeline — you will build one. This is a pure-commission position with significant upside: you earn a tiered percentage on the full value of every contract you bring in, paid across the life of the contract. T...
