**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **Business Development Manager** responsible for driving growth across Minnesota, Iowa, and surrounding markets. Based out of our St. Paul laboratory, this role will focus on expanding business within industrial manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, construction, building products, and advanced materials sectors by promoting Element's comprehensive testing, inspection, and engineering services.

Element St. Paul is a full-service materials and product testing laboratory offering mechanical and metallurgical testing, failure analysis, chemistry services, Nadcap-certified nondestructive testing (NDT), weld inspection, advanced materials testing, product validation, environmental simulation, shock and vibration testing, corrosion, HALT/HASS, finite element analysis, and geotechnical and construction materials testing services.
