            Job Description To grow business with existing clients 
To provide outstanding customer service to a broad range of clients in a timely manner 
Highly proactive in developing and promoting the Curveseries' products to existing and new clients in the APAC region. 
Maintain sales pipelines and customer accounts 
Handle sales inquiries and provide after sales support 
Tackle our clients’ issues by coordinating with internal team to ensure on‑time product and delivery timeline 
Meet with our clients face‑to‑face or online and engage them to understand their needs on data during sales visits 
Work with internal team to meet customer’s request as much as possible 
Assist clients to installing and issues with the Curveseries/ShareExcel software 
Set‑up, demo and train our clients on the various Curveseries products and platforms 
Able to travel regionally occasionally
