Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Group Business Banking’s objectives and targets.
• Drive the marketing activities of Group Business Banking’s products and services to achieve target for interest and fee-based.
• Proactively identify business opportunities, build customer relationship and expand market reach by delivering excellent services.
• Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational excellence.
• Report team performance and elevate issues and information that require the attention of management.
• Lead and guide PLM Mobile Team members to ensure effective coordination and drive cross‑selling activities.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.
