Initiates and works closely with existing business partners and prospective clients’ R&D teams, in coordination with the Sales Department, to develop or improve customer products using CIC products.
Provides customer feedback support and assists in after-sales services, including basic troubleshooting and coordination of technical concerns.
Acts as a coordinator between CIC, principals, and suppliers by assisting in the preparation of business reviews, budget analysis, and price or budget-related documentation for review and approval by Management.
Supports the development of basic technical knowledge of Account Executives through product training sessions and sharing of product concepts, as needed.
Assists in expanding applications of current product stocks, particularly slow-moving items, by recommending alternative applications and potential uses.
