Identify establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align strategies and enhance service offerings. 
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making processes. 
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new business contracts and partnerships. 
 Requirements  Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. 
Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the staffing/recruitment industry.
