Our client is in the Manufacturing industry located in the West area with more than a decade specializing in recycling of precious metals, currently seeks a Business Development Manager to join their team
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be managing in a team of 2 staffs. He / She will be responsible to lead the BD team to drive growth in sourcing for Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The main duties include strategic growth & market development, business acquisition & customer development, commercial governance, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role will need to work closely with the Operations, Finance, Laboratory, and related teams to ensure smooth execution and strong customer service delivery.
