Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert service and aftermarket opportunities across existing and new customer accounts 
Promote service offerings aligned to customer operational and lifecycle needs 
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders (operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement) 
Act as the primary commercial contact for service-related enquiries and opportunities 
Identify new projects and business opportunities 
Develop and maintain a robust service sales pipeline 
Work closely with service operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions 
Achieve service order intake, revenue, and margin targets 
Provide customer and market feedback to support service offering development
