We are seeking an experienced and motivated Male Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Parking Car Wash Business. The ideal candidate must have long-term experience in related field, with strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking car wash operations across malls, commercial buildings, residential communities, and corporate locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management companies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitors, and industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve company sales targets and expansion goals.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation at new locations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and regular business reports.
