Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Sell end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics solutions
Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
4-8+ years’ experience in Clearing & Forwarding / Logistics sales
Proven track record in new business development
Strong understanding of international freight (air, sea, road)
Ability to close deals and grow key accounts
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
