Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the software development and staffing industry. 
Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships. 
 Requirements  Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. 
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in IT sales or staffing/recruitment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
