            Responsibilities  Drive sales results in the residential construction space through market research and lead generation 
Identify and manage high-potential key accounts to strengthen market presence 
Design and implement customized growth programs, such as Impact Rewards and Trade In Trade Up 
Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with top national accounts in the residential and home service markets 
Establish strategic partnerships with national associations via key retailers like Lowe's and The Home Depot 
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine targeting strategies 
Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to drive engagement and loyalty 
 Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience 
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
