Responsible for sales and collection targets, improving Bedding Accessories and Linen business from existing and new Hospitality customers, and new market development in the given territory.
Continuously liaise with existing suppliers for Linen and develop new suppliers with focus on price, quality, and service.
Develop good relationships with Hospitality customers and suppliers.
Appoint distributors for Bedding accessories in the Middle East market and monitor their performance.
Manage sales team including conducting training programs, monitoring daily activities, and reviewing performance for effectiveness.
Report daily on progress, including competitor activities, and adhere to the company's policy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
