Job Summary

• To develop the Bancassurance distribution channel by assisting the regional business partners to achieve the overall productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve Bancassurance goals and financial targets
• To formulate sales strategies to increase productivity and activity ratio of business partners
• To analyze and monitor the execution of sales activities and action plans
• To provide end-to-end support and guidance to sales team to achieve Bancassurance targets
• To train, coach and motivate sales team in sales presentation, negotiation skill and objection handing
