Join AS Watson Group as a Business Development Intern to assist in new site acquisition, market research, and administrative support in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in site acquisition including analysis, research for new store locations, presentations, and gathering business intelligence.
• Prepare traffic count reports using PowerPoint and Excel, and prepare BDC, IRR presentations and memos.
• Draft letters of offer and tenancy agreements.
• Prepare TNB consent letters, renovation consents, cover letters, payment vouchers, and tenancy documents.
• Prepare Commencement Letters (TCL) and TCL memos.
• Contact candidates and landlords.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist in following up with external parties such as landlords and traffic count part-timers.
• Collaborate closely with other department members and management to resolve issues.
