Position: Business Development Executive Duties/Responsibilities:
Identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
Analyse market needs and opportunities in key accounts within assigned verticals. Engage potential customers via telemarketing and face-to-face visits to explore solutions and address their needs.
Review customer needs and develop co-created solutions to enhance offering and competitiveness. Provide quotations to customers.
Negotiate charges with external stakeholders and ensure payment for our services from external stakeholders.
Plan and monitor delivery of logistics services and ensure operational excellence.
Develop intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics services.
