Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cleaning, Landscape, and Stewarding services
  • Source for potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project handover
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales / business development experience (relevant industry preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with tender submission (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
