About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Retail Bancassurance) to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad. In this role you will support the achievement of General Insurance (GI) business targets through effective branch engagement, sales activation, product training, operational support, and customer service excellence across assigned bank branches.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Business Development – support the achievement of assigned Gross Written Premium (GWP) and sales targets through bancassurance distribution channels. Work closely with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and frontline staff to identify, develop and convert insurance opportunities.
