Primary Role

Custodian of emerging channels and direct selling models, responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of alternative routes to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine emerging channel and direct selling frameworks
• Establish policies, operating models, and expansion guidelines
• Ensure consistency of direct selling execution across regions
• Lead rollout planning in coordination with BD Specialists and regions
• Identify and pilot new growth opportunities
• Serve as the central repository of all sales infrastructure and frontliners sales performance data for direct selling and other emerging channel initiatives
• Coordinate closely with the BD Specialist – Contract Management on direct selling agreements
