We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business—there are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
- Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
- Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team
