We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to grow revenue by securing new business and expanding existing accounts in the Philippines and Singapore.
Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally in software or tech.
Able to manage a sales pipeline and respond to business opportunities through tailored RFPs and strategic relationship building.
Skilled in cold‑calling, direct marketing, and creating targeted email campaigns to reach key prospects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM tools, especially MS Dynamics and LinkedIn.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets (solutions and staff augmentation).
Resilient and able to manage deadlines while maintaining client relationships.
