Job Description
1.Capability Needs Analysis - Define minimum standards of skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for current and future business success, including digital capabilities.
- Identify high‑performance competencies and develop structured frameworks to support performance and development discussions.
- Proactively assess capability gaps through formal and informal methods in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Prioritize learning and development initiatives that address capability gaps or leverage growth opportunities.
