The Business Architect Expert drives digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use‑case implementations. The role builds end-to-end business capability journeys for each digital use case, designs conceptual and logical business architecture in collaboration with business focal points, and manages the full requirements lifecycle (gathering, analysis, insights, design, sign-off, and delivery). The position ensures business processes and procedures are designed and mapped effectively, user journeys are optimized, and business value, outcomes, benefits, and financial gains are clearly articulated and realized.
