You need to have: 1. Experience & Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience as a business analyst in financial services
Strong understanding of financial instruments and their characteristics
Strong ability to elicit business requirements from stakeholders, understand them, and break them down into clear business logic and design for the technical and testing team
Able to lead discussions and propose well-designed solutions that align with business requirements
Excellent analytical skills to identify and analyse issues and bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements
Strong collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and validate requirements and proposed solutions
