            Key Responsibilities: 
Gather and document business and reporting requirements 
Translate business needs into functional documentation 
Document procedures and workflows 
Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO 
Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation 
Support UAT and ensure that features meet requirements 
Continuously improve analysis tools and processes 

Job Experience and Skills Required: 
3-5 years of similar business analysis
experience 
Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is crucial to the role 
Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
