Responsible for Lead to Quote architecture, preparing roadmaps, business systems analysis, building proof of concepts, and developing scalable and flexible solution architectures Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud modules like ESM, EPC, IOM, Omniscrpts etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects Conduct thorough gap analysis and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for users Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies Bui...
