Collaborate with management departments and customers to identify and build end‑user requirements and specifications.
Evaluate, analyze and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis.
Perform discovery of customer current process, solution or platform.
Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions.
Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively with developers, production managers and executive teams to ensure requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
Qualifications and Skills
Advanced English proficiency; bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent).
Great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583.
Deep knowledge in payments applications and banking or processing back‑office.
