The Business Analyst is responsible to analyze the business and system improvements that we might need, including making a system design, process flow diagram, performing comprehensive testing scenarios, and coordinating with IT department and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a new system will be successful.
Business Analyst will be a key user from SCM while we make a design on SCM Control Tower.
Analyze and assess the new and modification request on SCM reports such as custom report for SAP MM, Power BI report, and SAP Ariba report.
Implement and maintain purchasing policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its suppliers.
Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.
