Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Work independently with support from Product Managers.
Collaborate with vendor partners and cross‑functional teams.
Be expected to work remotely.
Process Mapping: Document end‑to‑end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
Solution Design & Validation: Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions; test and validate work to ensure end‑to‑end system integration.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment; facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
