PURPOSE :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to collaborate with onshore teams and U.S.-based healthcare staffing clients in driving product discovery, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure successful product delivery and client satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a relevant field.
4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Skilled in business requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and conducting discovery sessions.
Well-versed in documenting current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, and use cases.
Adept at translating complex business needs into clear, structured functional and operational requirements.
Experienced in writing user stories and defining detailed acceptance criteria using JIRA.
