Responsibilities - Identify gaps in existing systems and map end-to-end user journeys to recommend efficiency solutions
- Collaborate with business users, developers and stakeholders to document and validate system requirements
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to ensure successful production implementations
- Support end-to-end project execution by planning, monitoring timelines and identifying risks
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, support audit activities and resolve production issues
