            Must have: Knowledge of GI products (Motor, Health, Travel), policy lifecycle (quote     issuance     renewal)  
Must Have : API hands-on experience as most of the project requirements will be about API integrations  
Bancassurance model awareness is must, any experience on it is a plus point 
API & Integration (Must-Have): Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON. Experience in bank/NBFC API integrations  
Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories and able to write concise requirements 
Able to drive discussions, manage sign-offs, Worked with banks, tech teams, vendors 
Experience in UAT planning, execution, defect triage, Go live planning 
Handles integration issues, RCA, debugging (real life production issue resolution example) 
Experience in Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming
