As a Business Analyst I for Mid to Long Term Planning within the Transportation Operations Management Organization, you will support the end-to-end execution of headcount planning and labor forecasting for 400+ transportation sites. You will work closely with planning leads and cross-functional partners to maintain and update forecasting models that inform headcount targets, trainer utilization planning, and staffing decisions across the network.
