Business Analysts (BAs) play a crucial role inhelping clientsleverageour platforms to raise money and stay connected with their constituents. This position is for theLuminate Online servicesteam at Blackbaud, which servesa wide range ofnon-profits/NGOs.
This position will be staffed by BB India and will provide support to US-based services staff.
Responsibilities
Learn theLuminate Onlineplatform and become expert in its features and functionality
PerformLuminate Onlinesystem configurationsfor clients, during implementations or ongoing as part of normalfundraising activities
Execute scheduled tasksfor clients,e.g.sending email campaigns, preparing reports, updating content for web pages or emails
Conduct quality control testsfor both standard and customfunctionality
