This is a business analyst-first role, with approximately 80% focus on business analysis, requirements, stakeholder management, governance, documentation and delivery alignment, and 20% focus on Scrum facilitation and Agile delivery support.
The role is suitable for someone who has handled complex IT delivery environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is confident working with business users, technical teams, vendors and system integrators.
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discussions with business users, government stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare and maintain BA documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings, interface specifications and traceability matrices.
