Analyse client business models, revenue structures, commission arrangements, and reporting requirements 
Gather, interpret, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources 
Configure client-specific business rules and system settings 
Assist clients in transitioning from spreadsheet-based processes to a structured software platform 
Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of issues 
Validate data integrity and ensure accurate revenue allocation and reporting 
Manage multiple client onboarding and implementation projects simultaneously 
Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process 
Document business requirements and implementation decisions 
Provide training, support, and guidance to clients during onboarding
