. Manage and enhance the Regulatory Reporting Datamart with strong data governance

. Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear functional and data specs

. Partner closely with Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT to support reporting enhancements, remediation initiatives, and regulatory change delivery.

. Support UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet regulatory and control requirements.

. Operate confidently in a fast paced, resource constrained environment with multiple priorities.

Experience & Qualifications

. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, MAS regulatory / data knowledge preferred.

. Strong experience working with complex data, systems, and diverse stakeholders.
