Responsibilities:
Partner with business owners and technology staff to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional requirements Build and maintain a broad view of business processes to understand dependencies, redundancies, and cross functional impacts Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the user community Develop use cases to explain the business requirements and contribute a business user’s perspective during design sessions Coordinate across IT to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within the organization, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible Create and maintain documentation on business areas’ processes and business rules Manage user testing and ...
