Job Description
We are supporting a large-scale banking merger integration between Synovus and Pinnacle Bank and are hiring Business Analysts to support execution of business requirements and conversion readiness across multiple banking domains. This role sits within the Integration Management Office (IMO), partnering across business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and ready for production conversion.

Responsibilities:
Refine and validate existing business requirements (~2000+)
Conduct process mapping and gap analysis across merged systems
Support data mapping and migration activities
Partner with business + technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
Ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned to conversion goals
Facilitate UAT readiness and support testing cycles
Document work in tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, or similar PM tools
