Job Description

The Business Analyst Associate is an entry‑level member of a Scrum team who supports the translation of our needs into well‑defined user stories. You will work with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Development Team, learn Agile practices, assist with backlog refinement, and provide day‑to‑day clarification to support successful sprint delivery. You will be reporting directly to the Tech Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of a Scrum team under the guidance of a Product Owner or senior analyst.
• Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Learn and apply Scrum and Agile principles in daily work.
• Support elicitation of needs by attending sessions with Product Owners and SMEs.
