At least 3 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods.
Must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
Previous experience as a developer or in a technical role, with a strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and data flow.
Attended / have experience in related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings.
