Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Data Center growth strategy in Southeast Asia
• Build and manage a robust project pipeline (short-, mid-, long-term)
• Identify high-value opportunities across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centers
• Develop and manage relationships with Hyperscalers (cloud players), Colocation operators, EPC contractors, Engineering consultants & designers
• Influence stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to drive specification inclusion
• Lead spec-in activities for Cable Tray and Wire Basket solutions
• Work with engineering teams to deliver value engineering / cost optimization proposals
• Partner with local sales teams to execute project strategies and close deals
• Lead pricing positioning in competitive bids
• Ensure profitable growth with strong margin discipline
