Key Responsibilities:
Internal consulting and/or project management of building technology construction and maintenance measures and for the implementation of measures to reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
Define, develop, and implement standards, guidelines, and best practices for technical building.

Required Skills
Technical background (e.g. Engineering, Building technology, technical property management)
At least 5 years of experience as a Building Technology Expert or similar role.
Knowledge regarding technical and construction specific regulations.
