The successful candidate will carry out building condition surveys, identify defects, assess compliance and safety risks, and provide clear technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fabric condition surveys and inspections of buildings and assets

Identify defects including damp, mould, cracking, water ingress, and structural issues

Carry out HHSRS, fire safety, and compliance inspections

Produce accurate technical reports and remedial recommendations
