Fraser Edwards is currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a busy housing maintenance team covering the South East London Area
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveying professional with a strong background in social housing maintenance to support the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and quality assurance across a diverse residential property portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring repair works are completed to a high standard, identifying building defects, monitoring contractor performance and delivering excellent customer service.
