Job Overview

Responsible for the delivery of hard services activities in compliance with contract SLAs at the County Hall Complex. Carry out duties inline with Mitie Policies and Procedures, promote Mitie Values and Behaviours, drive the highest level of results in health and safety, ensure company and account objectives are implemented and monitored, drive performance from Operational Delivery Teams and Contractors, assure best practice guidelines, identify risks and opportunities, and take a continuous improvement approach to plant and building fabric.

Main Duties

• Assume AP responsibilities including Low Voltage AP, Working at Height AP and Hot Works AP for the County Hall Complex
• Attend training courses as required
• Manage a team of 6 engineers
