We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential building in St Ives. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of building operations while working closely with owners, contractors, and committee members to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.

You will play a key role in maintaining building performance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring residents and stakeholders receive a high level of service.
