Staffmax is looking for a Building Manager to support a high rise apartment building in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate should have experience in the day to day operations and administration of property management.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate trade services,

Prepare monthly renewal documents,

Prepare Owner Reports,

Accurate filing of various documents,

Ensure internal logs and documents are processed within defined time lines,

Payable and receivables accounts are kept current,

Properties inspections monthly (vehicle will be required)

Provide administrative support to our clients.

Identify work/upgrade requirements

Hiring caretakers

Qualifications
